Really disappointed. If you are going to charge premium prices, you should really ensure you have a plan and staff in place to deliver premium service.

We have stayed at the Crown Towers about 4 times in the last 12 months, so this experience is definitely not the typical experience we normally have.

It's just very disappointing that on holidays, the hotel struggles with capacity, staff at the pool seem like they themselves are on holiday and many of the facilities in the hotel - restaurants, pool lounges etc.

So if you want to stay at Crown Towers in the middle of March - do so - just be wary of Festive Periods. On a positive note: a Jose at Crystal Club evening server made the Crystal Club experience for us.

What a gentleman and kind soul. Tip - get to the Crystal Club at 5pm during busy periods if you do not want to sit outside in the hot sun. Date of stay: December Damian E wrote a review 3 Jan.

Nice Hotel - But no Pool. We stayed for 3 days in a Premier King room and could not get a pool side seat. Not even for 1 hour.

Other Guest place towels on chairs only to go off somewhere else in the hotel. We asked to book a poolside chair only to be greeted with first in best dressed and to bad.

We also noticed many guests bringing outsiders to the pool which caused even further congestion. The whole situation was poorly managed and needs attention.

Don't stay here if you want to spend time down by the pool. Also to note we spent 2 hours in a check-in queue. As check in is pm we got to our room at pm.
